U-Multirank - a new multidimensional ranking

new approach to higher education rankings was developed through the U-Multirank project, supported by the European Commission, under the leadership of the Centre for Higher Education (CHE) and the Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS). Using 30 indicators in 5 performance dimensions, users may create a personalized ranking. This way it is a tool directed and adapted to various end-users: students, higher education institutions, policy makers, employers, etc.

Currently, U-Multirank includes the participation of over 850 higher education institutions of 74 countries, including 20 Portuguese institutions.

U-Multirank was launched on the 14th May 2014, in Brussels, and was followed by a Conference under the Greek Presidency of the European Union that took place in Athens on the 10th and 11th of June 2014.
