Observações: Em todos os cursos de licenciatura do ISE, incluindo o atual plano de estudos da Licenciatura em Engª Civil, as UC de matemática funcionam em ambos os semestres, permitindo aos alunos realizar a respetiva UC alternativamente num dos semestres. Esta medida insere-se no plano de combate ao insucesso e abandono escolar do ISE, no sentido de promover o sucesso académico, sobretudo no primeiro ano de formação e, particularmente, nas UC na área de matemática. Assim, propomos que as UC de Álgebra Linear e Geometria Analítica, Análise Matemática e Análise Matemática Aplicada, tenham a designação de semestral, não especificando o semestre de funcionamento, ficando ao critério do aluno, optar pelo semestre que pretende realizar a UC.
